Assetguard™ Asset Tracking System
This unique software enables you to keep a log of every asset within your business, from your PCs to your machinery. The data collected from AssetGuard can be stored in one database or there is an option to create multiple databases for individual sites and locations if required. This easy to use software makes light work of adding, removing or managing your assets using an intuitive interface. There are no limits to the number of assets held within the system and a complete audit trail records a full history for each asset, enabling you to track its movements with ease. Many useful options include logging Serial Numbers, Registration Dates, Asset Values, Reporting and much more. A fantastic feature of AssetGuard is the ability to scan barcodes into the database using any of our range of barcode scanners, ensuring a simple method of finding an asset quickly. Once the data is entered onto Asset Controller a number of useful searches can take place, allowing you to search for any criteria in the database or to search for assets in need of Portable Appliance Testing or Disposing of within specific date ranges.
