Duraguard is available in two material options.

Standard: The standard duraguard material is a Multi-layered Metallised Polyester (0.0762mm).

Tamper Evident: This material is also a multi layered Metallised Polyester however this material leaves a checkerboard adhesive pattern when removed. This material type is perfect for whensecurity is a particular concern.
 

Barcode Help

Barcodes on Duragard labels Specify the barcode symbology you need (Code 39 or 128 for alpha-numeric, Interleaved 2 of 5 for numeric only), and we’ll add barcodes that correspond to your numbering sequence. You may need to consult a technical contact at your workplace in regards to what barcode you should use as this can depend on the application.

Custom Options

Personalisation: Customise your tags with your specific wording and company logo. For logos please email your artwork to setonaust_quotes@seton.com in one of the following formats: Bitmap, JPEG, Tiff, GIF. Image resolution must be a minimum of 300 dpi.

Numbering: 1-12 digit consecutive or non-consecutive numbering with or without an alpha-numeric prefix and/or suffix. Labels can be sequentially numbered or printed with your own numbering sequence, free of charge. Specify starting number of your sequence or supply us with your own alpha or numeric sequence in text format.

Barcodes: Specify the barcode symbology you need (Code 39 or 128 for alpha-numeric interleaved 2 of 5 for numeric only), and we'll add barcodes that correspond to your numbering sequence.

What Are The Specifications Of Duraguard?

Application: Indoor/Outdoor use. Ideal for office equipment, computers, tools, fire extinguishers, machinery, electrical equipment and more.

Environment: Moderate.

Material: Multi-layered Metallised Polyester (0.0762mm).

Finish: Gloss.

Adhesive: Specially formulated adhesive sticks to a wide variety of surfaces.

Supplied: Brand and cut into convenient strips.

Service Temp: -40°C to 145°C. Average outdoor durability is 3-5 years.

Installation: Simply apply to clean, dry surface (minimum 10°C temperature recommended). No application roller needed.

How Do I Edit My Design?

If you need to change your design after you've already submitted your design to the shopping cart, you must delete the design in your shopping cart, go back to the design application and redesign your sign and resubmit to the shopping cart. This is a safety feature we've built in to the program to ensure the accuracy of your order.
 

Can I order multiple duraguard signs with the design tool. Eg: 5 different duraguard designs? 

Yes, you can order multiple different custom designs. Simply repeat the design process.
 

Is the colour I see on screen the actual colour of my design? 

We have tried to represent the colors on screen as closely as possible to the actual design colors. But, some screen colors vary, so there may be a slight variation in the sign versus the color depicted on your screen.
 

What do I do after I finish designing? 

You should review the design carefully (Note: The design you see will serve as your proof and will be designed to your specifications). Choose your order quantity and click >add to shopping cart. After you add your design to your shopping cart, you can either return to the Design Your Own page to design and order more signs, or continue browsing our large selection of product offerings, or proceed to checkout.

Why cant I add my duraguard design to my shopping cart? 

In some instances if you have entered too may characters in a text line the text box turns a red colour. You need to reduce the amount of characters in the one line and spread your message over more lines. You will not be able to add your sign to the shopping cart untill you ammend this error.
