2-Part Lockout Tags tagout equipment in need of service and inform supervisor of the machine's status. Simply fill in the necessary information then attach the top portion of the tag to the lockout device in place and tear away the bottom and return it to the appropriate supervisor ensuring your lockout systems are maintained accordingly.
