HOW DO I ORDER FROM THE SETON AUSTRALIA WEB SITE?
1) Browse through our product range and select the product you require using the menu on the left.
2) Click on the More Detail link for that product.
3) Enter the quantity you require and click the "Add To Shopping Cart Button".
4) Your product will now be in what's called a shopping cart. Here the total and product details are listed.
5) You can either continue shopping or checkout your order. When you have all the products you require checkout your order.
6) First time users will be asked to fill in a form and create a password. Fill the form in and follow the prompts and the order will be placed.
When you return to the web site at a later date to place another order you can enter your username and password and your details will be retrieved from our database.
I CANT FIND THE PRODUCT ON THE WEB SITE I WOULD LIKE TO BUY, BUT IT IS IN YOUR CATALOGUE.

WHERE DO I LOGIN TO THE SETON WEB SITE?

HOW DO I PAY FOR GOODS?
Paying for goods is easy with Seton. If you are an existing customer we will simply invoice your account. For new customers we will create a instant 30 day , $5000 credit account (Subject to approval) that will be invoiced to the details you supply. Currently we do not accept credit card payments online.You can call customer service with your details should there be no other option however we prefer invoicing customers as mentioned above.
I HAVE REGISTERED/PURCHASED BEFORE BUT HAVE FORGOT MY PASSWORD TO LOGIN.
Your password can be retrieved by our database from our password retrieval page. Simply enter your email address that you registered with and your password will be sent to your email inbox. Please not there may be a short delay in receiving this email depending upon your server and internet connection.
My EMAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED SINCE I REGISTERED. HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?.
If your email address has changed you will need to re-register with our online database. When checking out your order simply follow the new customer link and fill in your details with the new email address. We will be adding functionality to the web site to allow users to change their email address without re- registering.
WHY DOES THE FONT/TEXT USED APPEAR VERY SMALL/BIG AND IS HARD TO READ. CAN I CAHNGE IT?
Depending on your computers resolution and the settings/ browser you use the
font on this site may be smaller than a comfortable reading size. You can adjust
the size of the font by doing the following;

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It depends on the goods you order, most stock items usually ship within 24 hours. You will be notified by a customer service rep should there be any excessive delays or problems with your order.
WHEN I ATTEMPT TO ADD PRODUCTS TO MY SHOPPING CART I GET AN ERROR OR GET RETURNED TO THE SETON HOME PAGE. WHY?
This error usually happens due to a cookie being corrupted in your browser. The following process will reset your cookie and the shopping cart should now work properly. If using Internet Explorer do the following (Other browsers will have a similar function)
1) Select Tools/Internet Options from the menu.

2) Select Delete Cookies\OK. Now close Internet Explorer and then start the program again. You should now be able to shop as normal and add products to your shopping cart without any problems.
